Modec's President and CEO Brian J. Kalamanka debriefed executives from the Department of Army's Technology Transfer Office at Edgewood Proving Grounds, Maryland on May 8th, 2008. Mr. Kalamanka outlined the progress of the commercialization activities of the WMD Technology licensed by the Company. It included the succesful implementation of production facilities, marketing activities as well as the consumation of the first commercial sales of the product.
